What We Collect

The only way AuroWeb collects your information is through our client intake form. When you fill it out, we receive:

Your name and business name
Your email address and phone number
Your business location and website (if you have one)
Project details — scope, goals, timeline, budget
Design preferences — colors, style direction, competitor references
Any logo files or photos you choose to upload

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software. We do not collect any information passively from visitors who simply browse the site.

Why We Collect It

Everything collected through the intake form is used for one purpose: to prepare and deliver your project. Specifically:

To review your project and follow up with a proposal
To communicate with you throughout the build
To design and build your site according to your stated goals

We do not add you to email lists, send you marketing messages, or use your information for any purpose outside of your project.

Third Parties

We use two third-party services that may handle your information:

Formspree — processes intake form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
Netlify — hosts this website. Netlify may log standard server data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal web hosting operations. Their privacy policy is available at netlify.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other parties.

Data Retention

We keep your intake form information for the duration of your project and for a reasonable period afterward in case you need to reference it. If you would like your information deleted at any time, email us and we will remove it promptly.

Your Rights

You can request to:

See what information we have about you
Correct any information that is inaccurate
Have your information deleted entirely
